From an initial informal visit we try and gain as great an understanding of your vision for spaces, usage and how it will fit with your lifestyle. You may have a clearly defined view of colour and themes, however we are always happy to give some input, inspiration and insights.

Exterior painting & decorating that stands the test of time
We know only too well how our Cornish weather can effect exterior décor.

We take into account surfaces, substrates, UV and prevailing weather directions, all of which can can have an adverse effect on exterior paintworks.

Protecting woodwork and ensuring masonry is weathertight too. Chicoco exteriors stand proud on exposed Cornish coastlines, in towns and rural areas.
Not all painters and decorators are equal
Whist we embrace proven brush and rolling techniques, sometimes we also need to call upon new decorating technologies.

Airless paint spraying is often utilised for exteriors that have textured surfaces such as rough render surfaces or pebbledash. With adjustment to spray tips and pressure we often use this for fine finish interiors and flawlessly opaque ceilings eliminating roller marks and flashes.
​
HVLP (high volume low pressure) paint spraying for kitchen units, ornate ceiling roses, detailed staircases and even UPVC windows and doors.

Teamwork
Large or small project we have a team for the job
Whether your project be compact or substantial we'll put the right size team in to get the project in to our standards and on time.

Some instructions require one or two team members. However some projects require a much larger team If the project has a time focus such as exterior decorating in fine weather or an end of tenancy turn around then we would apply a larger team to suit.
​
Imagine, what a team of five can achieve in a day, that a sole decorator would only achieve in a week!
